Description: This requirement is for Contractor Logistics Support for the TOW ITAS fielding program to maintain operational readiness for Department of the Army, USMC and forecasted FMS fielding requirements. This acquisition is in support of Operation Iraqi Free dom and Operation Enduring Freedom. The basic requirement is for one year for FY 07 (FFP), priced options for FY 08-11 (FFP) and NTE options for FY 12-16 (FFP) to be definitized during the course of the contract. Cost plus fixed fee clins are included as options for (conflict or emergency actions) for periods greater than 30 days. This requirement is restricted to Raytheon Systems Company, McKinney, Texas. See note 22.
