Description

Provide all labor, material, equipment, and expert supervision to Renovate Ward 4 North at the VAMC, 800 Zorn Avenue, Louisville, KY 40206-1499. Work will include, but is not limited to the following: Completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition, general construction, alterations, asbestos abatement and all necessary work as shown in the contract drawings and specifications. All work including final clean up is to be completed within 300 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. This procurement is 100% set a side for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB); NAICS 236220 applies. Bid Bond will be required in the amount of 20% of bid and Performance and Payment bonds will be required upon award of contract. Award is subject to availability of funding. The estimated dollar value of this procurement is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The specifications will be uploaded on/about July 17, 2006 however, firms must request Drawings in writing on company letterhead.
