Description: This is a Simplified Acquisition Procedure/Commercial Item prepared under the test program for commercial items in accordance with FAR 13.5. FISC Norfolk Philadelphia intends to acquire 400 Cases Quadruple Blood Packs and 220 Cases Glycerol on a sole source basis with Baxter Healthcare Corporation 1 Baxter Parkway Deerfield, IL in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 and FAR 13.501(a). The supplies will be purchase for Naval Hospital Great Lakes, IL. Award of a firm fixed prices is anticipated. The Government's obligation is contingent upon congress enacting FY07 appropriation.
