Description

The Bureau of Indian Affairs, Papago Agency, Faciliites Management, seeks construction firms which can provide all labor, materials, equipment and services to remove and dispose of old wooded bleachers and hardware. Install new wall-attached telescoping bleachers in the gymnasium, Building No. 622. Contractor will be responsible for the structural performance, design, engineering and fabrication for all materials, and to meet required structural loads in accordance with NFPA 102, Chapter 5, and the Americans with Disabilities Act. Telescoping bleachers will be both motorized and manually operational. Location is at the San Simon Elementary School, Sells, Arizona. Bids shall be in conformance with the unit bid schedule. Estimated price range is: $100,000 to $250,000. ISSUE DATE IS O/A 28 JUNE 2006. BID OPENING DATE O/A 25 JULY 2006.
