- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W91YTV-06-T-0099. This acquisition is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effe ct through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-05. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this procurement is: 334516. This requirement is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Eisenhower Army Medical Center, Fort Gordon, Georgia, has a requirement for the following: CLIN 0001: GAMMA PRODUCTS G5020/50 LOW LEVEL AUTOMATIC COUNTING SYSTEM, standard configuration minimum should include 2 ? gas flow sample detector with gas flow guard and flow meter; sample changer in mobile cabinet; 1 removable sample cartridge with a choice of a 30, 40 or 50 sample cartridge; ultra thin detector window (field replaceable) detector background less than 1.3 ? plus ?; 4 virgin Pb shielding; floor mounted mobile cabinet; MCA analysis for ? and ? separatio n; Pentium PC Controller with Win XP, DVD, FD, Hard Drive, 17 color and printer. MUST INCLUDE INSTALLATION, TRAINING ON-SITE AND A MINIMUM ONE YEAR WARRANTY. MUST INCLUDE G5000 SYSTEM SOFTWARE with user defined sample type counting protocols; automat ic HV Plateau generation; chi-square test and system diagnostics; multi-channel accumulation of a ? /? spectrum; user selectable reporting units and formats (per sample type); user defined count sequences; automatic background subtraction; counting paramet ers and sample data stored in a database format; report templates that allow printing or regenerating a sample printout; the ability to create custom tailored printouts and a operators manual. 1 EACH, UNIT PRICE: $__________, TOTAL CLIN $__________.
