- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City intends to solicit Bishop Group Inc, 141 Candlewick Circle, Panama City, FL 32405 on a sole source basis for assessing new applications for existing and planned sea mining warfare systems. No other company has, collectively, developed the level of expertise or access to key individuals in the DoD community to perform the defined task. Any other company would require significantly more time (estimated at well over 50 percent) to perform this tasking due to the need to establish the contacts within the DoD and Navy that Bishop Group Inc already has established. Therefore, no other company is in the position to provide the required support. Delivery will be the Naval Support Activity - Panama City, Receiving Officer, Building 100, 101 Vernon Avenue, Panama City, FL 32407-7018. A firm-fixed-price order is anticipated.
