- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-09. NAICS is 443120. Size standard is $8 million dollars. Request for Proposal Number is SP0710-06-R0017. The Defense Supply Center Columbus, 3990 East Broad Street, Columbus, OH 43213-1199 intends to procure PaperPort Professional 11 Software Upgrade Assurance for 2600 users. The period of the contract will be for one year beginning July 1, 2006. Price should be quoted at a cost per user. FAR Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition.
