Description

1. Q. Have there been any solicitation amendments issued since the original order? A. no 2. Q. What is the total membership of the AZ units contemplated for these services A. the exams are given in response to call up for active duty so there is no way to estimate future requirements. However there are approximately 4900 members of the Army Guard 3. Q. Are the exams for annual, deployment and post-deployment? A. See answer provided in #3 4. Q. How and where would you like us to indicate exceptions to the requirements? A. In any format that you would like. As long as your proposal is responsive you can list exceptions in any format. 5. Q. With regard to the submission of CLINs, is this specifically asking for a schedule of every possible restoration procedure that we are capable of doing in a mobile environment? A. Yes. Keep in mind that the work being performed is work required to place a soldier in a class 2 category. 6. Q. What is the earliest anticipated need for services? A. that has not been determined. 7. Q. Will the contract make provisions for the addition of CPI increases annually? A. we could. You can state that requirement in your proposal. 8. Q. When do you anticipate making the solicitation award? A. By September 2006. 9. Q. The solicitation specifies examinations and remediation. Is there an expectation that both will be preformed on the same day, or is it contemplated to perform exams on first day and remediation on second under a full schedule? A. It depends on the number of individuals being seen per day but it will occur during the same event whether 1 day or 3 day. End of questions and answers.
