Description: Laughlin AFB is seeking sources for a "concessionaire" contract for recycle services. A concessionaire contract allows a contractor to utilize LAFB facilities to accumulate recyclable material, separate, sell and transport those materials. The contractor will provide LAFB either a percentage of sales or a flat monthly rate. Those sources interested must contact either SrA Vincent Davis or Mr. Edward Burke no later than 30 Jun 06.
