Description

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA)/ Department of Homeland Security (DHS) currently intends to enter a contract with Sun Badge Company of Ontario, Canada: The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 315999. The contract will contain a base award of 12 months and 4 option periods to be exercised as a unilateral right of the Government. Anticipated award of contract is June 2006. Requirements are as follows: TSA Law Enforcement Badges/ Tactical Badges designed in accordance with technical renderings provided by TSA, Leather Tactical Badge Holders, Neck Chains and Belt Clips. Note: Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals, as the Government has determined that there is no other vendor that meets the requirements set forth above. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
