Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for web maintenance and support services. This requirement is a Total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set-aside. RFP# PR-R9-06-10119. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541511 with a small business size standard of $23,000,000.00 annual average gross revenue for 3 or more complete fiscal years. This requirement is restricted to Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned businesses. This requirement includes developing, reviewing, publishing, and maintaining approximately 2000 HTML Web pages, thousands of PDFs, and 16 online databases that are available to the public worldwide. Deliverables include new Web sites and individual web updates as required. Usage statistics will be downloaded, maintained, and summarized. This requirement will also include that the Web content is accurate and up-to-date, meets U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) "Look and Feel" requirements (as defined in the EPA Web design specification, at http://www.epa.gov/epafiles and reflects Region 9's (San Francisco, CA) priority programs and issues. The performance period is one year with four one year options. Base period is effective October 1, 2006 through September 30, 2007. All responsible sources who are Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned business may submit a proposal which shall be considered by U.S. EPA. The projected issue date is June 21, 2006.
