Description

The James H. Quillen VA Medical Center, Mountain Home, Tennessee is soliciting quotations from qualified sources to provide dairy and related products. Period of performance is August 1, 2006 through July 31, 2007 with two (2), one (1) year options. Contract type is firm-fixed price. Quotations are due July 7, 2006 at 3:30 PM ET. This procurement is being conducted under the Subpart 13.5 test program where simplified acquisition procedures apply and the conduct of the procurement will be in accordance with Parts 12, 13, or 15 of the FAR or some combination thereof.
