- THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION NOTICE. In accordance with Office of Management and Budget Circular A-76 (Revised), Performance of Commercial Activities, May 29, 2003, this notice represents the formal public announcement and official start date of a public-private competition of resale accounting and inventory accountable functions, Financial Business Unit performed at Defense Commissary Agency Nichols II Building, Prince George County, Virginia. The incumbent service providers affected by this public-private competition are approximately 141 of DoD government personnel positions (141 of DoD civilians and 0 military) and 0 DoD contractors. The NAICS code for this Special Notice is 541219. The standard competition will be issued at a latter date. Prospective private sector and public reimbursable service providers are encouraged to respond to the solicitation.
