Description

Solicitation N00421-06-T-0184 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This action is set aside for small business. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with ECS Composites for the items listed below, under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1. The contract line item number and description is **CLIN 0001, Quantity 10 ea, P/N: 22122, FRP OPE Case. Award is expected 27 June 2006. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received by 22 June 2006. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received.
