Description

This proposed procurement consists of replacing approximately 7625 square feet of roofing on a government-owned building located in the headquarters area of Glacier National Park, West Glacier, Montana. Work includes removing the existing flat-roofing system and replacing with new polyisocyanurate board insulation, new thermoplastic polyolefin membrane roofing system, new roof drains , roof scuttle and flashing. Contractor will have 30 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed to complete project. Estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Solicitation will be posted electronically at www.FedBizOpps.gov on or about June 27, 2006. Responses are due July 20, 2006. ONLY HARD COPY OFFERS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
