Description
1. The Joint Contracting Command Iraq/Afghanistan (JCC-I/A), International Zone, Baghdad, Iraq has a three phase project to move, train and supply parts for the 100 Ton Mobile Harbor Cranes (Liebherr LHM 400 Mobile Harbor Crane) located at the North Port of Umm Qasr, Iraq. The initial requirement is to relocate the two 100 Ton Mobile Harbor Cranes (Liebherr LHM 400 Mobile Harbor Crane) from North Port to South Port of Umm Qasr by sea (Barge). The contractor shall then conduct training of the operators to initiate and improve operational efficiency of the two cranes; this task shall enhance the Ministry?s capabilities to operate the cranes. The contractor shall also identify, purchase, supply and properly store sufficient Spare Parts to maintain the cranes for a one year period. Offerors shall propose on all three phasesof the project.
