Description

Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and transportation required to CONSTRUCT AND INSTALL A NEW LOOKOUT TESTING ENCLOSURE, United States Coast Guard Training Center, Seamanship Building #285, Cape May, New Jersey (Cape May county). All work shall be performed in accordance with USCG Specification CMS-1125, drawings, provisions, clauses and the terms and conditions of the contract. In general the work includes but is not limited to the following: 1.1. Provide and install a circular Lookout Testing Enclosure with a 60 foot diameter. The walls will be 8.5 feet tall and the base of the walls will be raised above the ground 4 inches. An aluminum sheet material will be used for the exterior wall to deflect wind. There will be two parts to the walls, the display portion, which faces the inside of the circular enclosure and the structural portion which is the outside of the enclosure. 1.2. Mobilization, demobilization and clean up. 1.3. Provide all labor, material, equipment, supervision and all other incidentals necessary to complete the work. Period of Performance shall be 90 days after issuance of Notice to Proceed. This procurement is estimated BETWEEN $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. This procurement is a Total Set-Aside for Small Business Firms. The NAICS code for this procurement is 238990 with a size standard of $13.0M.
