Description: USACE, Vicksburg District proposes to issue a solicitation for Type N Normal Hydrated Lime. A firm fixed price purchase order will be awarded utilizing the Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The contractor shall furnish all material, equipment and labor necessary to furnish and deliver by spreading approximately 2000 tons of Hydrated Lime FOB Destinations to various project locations within a radius of 200 miles of Vicksburg, MS. The lime shall be Type N normal hydrated Lime for finishing purposes. It shall be clean and free from earth, dust, or other refuse. The material shall be unloaded by spreading over various jobsites by contractor-owned truck as directed by the Government Representative.
