Description
SOURCES SOUGHT This is a Sources Sought Notice only. This is not a request for proposal. Capital District Contracting Center on behalf of the Department of the Army, Manpower and Reserve Affairs (M&RA) seeks qualified HUBZone, Service-Disabled Vetera n-Owned Small Businesses, and all other categories of Small Businesses capable of providing administrative services support to the HRsolutions Program Office. The government anticipates award of a Firm Fixed Price contract. Other Direct Costs will be reim bursable with a handling fee authorized. The period of performance is a base period of twelve (12) months plus four (4) twelve (12) month option periods. The NAICS code is 561110 with a small business size standard of $6.5 million. The purpose of the sourc es sought is to identify available qualified companies with experience providing routine administrative support to the program office. Duties include maintaining a wide variety of office records and files, preparing and verifying statistical reports for a ccuracy and completeness, receiving and referring visitors, responding to inquires, arranging staff travel arrangements, and providing quick reaction administrative support. Employees must have a secret security clearance. Additional information is contain ed on the program office web page at www.hrsolutions.army.mil. Interested HUBZone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, and other small businesses are requested to submit a Capability Statement that exhibits clear and convincing evidence of you r firms capabilities to perform the task. The capability statement is not to exceed 15 pages. The statement must provide a summary of relevant experience and knowledge that addresses the scope of the task. This sources sought notice is for market research purposes in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10. It does not constitute a solicitation and is not to be considered as a commitment by the Government. All firms responding to this sources sought notice are advised that their respon se to this notice is not a request that will be considered for contract award. All interested parties will be required to respond to the resultant solicitation separately from their response to this source sought. No reimbursement will be made for any cost s associated with providing information in response to this sources sought.
