Description: The principal features of work is to include but is not limited to complete architectural renovation works as stated on the scope of works, upgrading of mechanical systems including plumbing works, vents, drainage, fire suppression system and other related works, upgrading of electrical works and civil works. The contractor shall complete this project in accordance with the specifications and drawings. NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN.
