Description

Install Back-Up Power, Mass Parking Area (MPA), Offutt AFB NE. The scope of this project consists of will provide a back-up power source for MPR Security/Maintenance lighting. The generator set will be housed in a concrete block structure with a concrete-protected, above-ground fuel storage tank with sufficient fuel capacity to provide 72 hours of continuous generator set operation at full load. The system will utilize the existing in-place 13.8kV overhead distribution for connection to the alternate power source. The estimated performance period is 300 calendar days. Funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made under the solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation either before or after the closing date. All solicitation documents and amendments will be available in electronic format. All potential bidders are reminded, in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration, lack of registration in the CCR will make a bidder ineligible for award. Project Number SGBP 05-0035?Drawings OFF-B-6025, Dated 16 September 2005?Project Magnitude: $250,000.00 to $500,000.00?NAICS Code 236210, SBA Size Standard $31.0M. THIS PROCUREMENT HAS BEEN SET ASIDE COMPETITIVE HUB-ZONE. The estimated release date of the solicitation is 19 Jun 06. A site visit will be conducted approximately two (2) weeks after the solicitation issue date. BIDDERS ARE ADVISED TO MONITOR THIS SITE FOR FURTHER INFORMATION.
