Description

Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and transportation required to REPAIR PARAPET COPING AND INSTALLATION OF ALUMINUM COPING CAP, United States Coast Guard Training Center, Building #252, Cape May, New Jersey (Cape May county). All work shall be performed in accordance with USCG Specification CMS-1122, drawings, provisions, clauses and the terms and conditions of this contract. In general the work includes but is not limited to the following: 1.1.1. Preparation of existing pre-cast concrete coping including sealing against future degradation. 1.1.2. Installation of new pre-cast coping (approximately 6 pieces). 1.1.3. Installation of new pre fabricated aluminum cap to cover parapet coping approximately 550 linear feet including six mitered welded corners. Period of Performance shall be 60 days after issuance of Notice to Proceed. This procurement is estimated BETWEEN $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. This procurement is a Total Set-Aside for Small Business Firms. The NAICS code for this procurement is 238160 with a size standard of $13.0M.
