Description: The Navair Air Systems Command intends to negotiate a sole-source modification under N00019-04-C-0569 with Raytheon Company, Missile Systems, P.O. Box 11337, Tucson, AZ 85734-1337, for integration of the Precision Terrain Aided Navigation (PTAN) system into the Tactical Tomahawk missile. Raytheon, as the sole designer and developer of the Tactical Tomahawk missile is the only source possessing current design and configuration data. As such, they are the only source capable of accomplishing the integration of the PTAN system. Notes 22 and 26 apply.
