- Solicitation/Synopsis: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, F1Y3CC6116A100, is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-22. The North American Industry Classification Systems Code is 333999, the Standard Industrial Classification Number is 3569, and the Business Size Standard is 500. The proposed contract listed here is Set-Aside: 100% for Small Business. NON-PERSONAL SERVICES: The contractor shall provide all labor, personnel, tools, materials, and transportation to supply the following: Four Post Lifts (FP-15L-22), 2 each, 15,000 lb lifting capacity, extra heavy duty leaf chain, single point safety release, 22-inch adjustable non-skid track with 6-inch twin I-beam construction, 192-inch wheel base, redundant rack chain safety locks in each column, hydraulic operation, 230-Volt electric motor, lift height 72 inches, and width between posts 10 feet. Rolling Air Jack (RAJ-85), 3 Each, air operated, and capacity 8,500 lbs. Rolling Drain Pan, 1 Each, capacity ten gallons. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors ? Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition in accordance with the specifications. The provisions at 52.212-2, Evaluation ? Commercial Items, apply to this acquisition in accordance with the specifications. The provisions at 52.212-2, Evaluation ? Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition with the blanks filled in as follows: Summary of Services Proposed: Request for Quotation will be evaluated for price and compatibility with specifications. Offers shall include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications ? Commercial Items, with its offer. The clause FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions ? Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. No addenda apply. The clause at FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders ? Commercial Items ? applies to this acquisition are (b) 5, 14, 15, 26, and 31.
