Description

This is a pre-solicitation notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations document (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only the pre-solicitation notice; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will be issued on or around June 19, 2006. Solicitation number FA4600-06-T-0035 is being issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-09. All applicable provision and clauses are included in the actual solicitation. This electronic announcement constitutes the only pre-solicitation notice being issued. This procurement is set aside 100% for small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333415, and the small business size standard is 750 Employees. The Government intends to issue a firm fixed price purchase contract of for the following service: Provide and install Independent Supplemental Humidification System . Please reference solicitation # FA4600-06-T-0035 on all correspondence. All proposals must be received by the 55 Contracting Squadron, 101 Washington Square, Offutt AFB 68113-2107 by June 30, 2006 at 12:00 pm (CST). Proposals must be valid until 30 July 2006.
