- Sources Sought Synopsis announcements are issued to assist the Agency in performing market research, to determine industry interest and capability. This is not a request for proposals. The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) is seeking interested sources to be the logistics planner and executer providing the NGA/IC (Intelligence Community) prompt and robust logistical support. The contractor shall provide services within the following functional areas: Logistical Planning and Coordination Transportation of Personnel, Equipment and Supplies Procurement, Storage and Accountability of Facilities, Property, Equipment and Transportation Sustainment of Personnel, Equipment and Facilities The logistical products and services required are not limited to any particular geographical location and may be performed globally. The necessary clearance level of all contractor personnel will be a minimum SECRET. The contractor shall also maintain, in his/her home office staff, at least two managers who possess TOP SECRET security clearances with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI). Personnel may be required to live and work in an area designated by the U.S. Government as an Imminent Danger Zone or Hostile Fire Zone. This designation means the contractor personnel may be subject to working in harsh or hostile conditions. Contractor personnel must also be willing and able to live and work in temporary facilities (e.g. tents, warehouses, portable shelters).
