- Description
- The Continuing Medical Education (CME) Program in the Office of Intramural Training and Education at the National Institutes of Health (NIH)/OD/OR/OITE) intend to negotiate and award, on a sole source purchase order utilizing simplified acquisitions procedures to Steve Passin & Associates, LLC, P. O. Box 10, Newtown Square, PA. The requirement consists of the following: 1. Assess the CME program for full compliance with Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) current practices, and develop and implement a strategic corrective plan with tools, timeline and action steps. 2. Participate in the creation and writing of the self study 3. Examine the 15-20 files selected for audit prior to providing them to ACCME. 4. Assist with the development and management of the Self Study Task Force. Provide an orientation or presentation to them. 5. Provide training/presentation(s) at CME Committee (CMEC) meeting(S) and /or at retreat (to be defined) 6. Conduct a Mock Survey to prepare the staff and leadership for the actual on-site survey. Identify potential areas of difficulty and resolve them. 7. Provide consultation on the response to the ACCME review. The period of performance is for approximately three (3) months. It is the Government?s belief that these requirements may only be met by Steve Passin & Associates LLC. This is not a formal solicitation; however, concerns that respond to this notice must furnish concise responses directed specifically to the requirements mentioned above. Sources demonstrating the capability to accomplish the above shall supply pertinent information in sufficient detail to demonstrate their ability to perform. Information furnished shall include enough material to perform a proper evaluation. Respondents will not be notified of the evaluation results.
