Description: The USDA, Agricultural Research Service intends to negotiate on a sole-source basis with Waste Reduction by Waste Reduction (WR2), 5711 West Minnesota Street, Indianapolis, IN 46241, to modify existing equipment purchased several years ago from them. The requirement is for the upgrade of a proprietary and patented existing alkaline tissue digester. Work includes design of a new control panel, hardware upgrades, and Siemens software upgrades of the digester located at the USDA, ARS, Arthropod-Borne Animal Disease Research Laboratory, Laramie, WY.
