- Description
- Request for Proposal (RFP) for National Stock Number (NSN) 5940-00-107-1481, RN060880050000, Terminal, Lug, QPL Applies. This is an Indefinite Quantity Contract for a base plus four (4) option years. Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) does not have an approved Technical Data Package (TDP) available for this NSN. This RFP will be issued as Unrestricted Other Than Full and Open Competition. This is not a Critical Safety Item. No Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) or Internet Quoting Services (IQS) proposals will be accepted for this solicitation. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. Proposals will be based on the Estimated Annual Demand quantity (8576 each for the base year and 8576 each for each of the four option years. The award will be based upon a combination of delivery, price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation with delivery and price being more important. FOB at Destination; Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.mil/home or http://12.3.216.20/home on the issue date cited in the RFP.
