- The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO) Scott AFB IL will procure Strategic Counterintelligence Directorate (SCID) Support Services for DoD Counterintelligence Field Activity (CIFA). The Period of Performance is 12 September 2006 through 11 September 2007. The National American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541990. The solicitation and all related documents will be available within 15 days from this date on FedBizOpps for download, as well as the DITCO Home Page, Contracting Opportunities at https://www.ditco.disa.mil/dcop/public/asp/dcop.asp. Vendors will be responsible for downloading the solicitation and all related documents to include Amendments to the solicitation, these documents shall be referenced in your proposal. All questions regarding this requirement shall be submitted in writing via email NLT 1200 Noon 21 July 2006. The resulting award of this solicitation will be best value source selection conducted in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation. The Government will select the best overall offer, based on an integrated assessment of (1) Technical/Management Approach, (2) Past Performance and (3) Cost/Price. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions. The Government reserves the right to not make an award. The related attachments include the solicitation, Sample Contractor Travel Request, Sample Monthly Status Report, Past Performance document for previous efforts, and the DD Form 254.
