Description

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) intends to award a sole source contract to Strategic Financial Solutions, LLC, for Electronic Information Services consisting of one base and four option years. This service will provide access to the following databases and PerTrac software: 1. Data related to active hedge funds covering the performance, cost and focus of hedge funds, from the following sources. Alternative Asset Center?s Fund of Hedge Fund Database Barclay Global HedgeSource Database CISDM Alternative Investment Database CogentHedge Hedge Fund Research, Inc.?s HFR Database HedgeFund.net Database These data shall be available for download and use with PerTrac software. 2. Data related to investment managers, investment advisers, and mutual funds, from the following sources. Morningstar Database Nelson Investment Manager Database, Enhanced Standard & Poors U.S. Mutual Funds These data shall be available for download and use with PerTrac software. Strategic Financial Solutions, LLC is the only source known to the SEC that possesses the required capability. Interested organizations may submit their capability statements, and qualifications for the provision of this service, which may or may not be considered by the agency. This is not a solicitation, but a Notice of Intent. No solicitation will be issued for this sole source requirement and no other information will be provided.
