Description

NAICS 238910 - Construct permanent earthen levee by converting temporary levee of approximately 1900 LF to protect US Border Station, Pembina, North Dakota from flooding. This project will include but is not limited to earthwork and compaction, installing culverts and gates, grading, landscaping, and hydro-seeding. Additional material may be required to complete the project. Security clearances are required for all workers. Solicitation packages will be available on June 21, 2006. Work to be completed in 90 days after notice to proceed. Estimated cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Payment bond is required. This solicitation may be available on the internet http://fedbizopps.gov. Drawings will not be available on the internet. To obtain drawings, submit a request (fax or email) to the Contracting Officer at address listed above. To be eligible for award, contractor must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov. This procurement is unrestricted.
