Description

The National Park Service (NPS) shall issue a sole source purchase order to Harvard University to provide a qualitative and quantitative analysis of up to 140 biological swabs from headstones in five National Cemeteries in phase one and two of a cleaning study; and provide qualitative analyses of up to 600 swabs from headstones in five National Cemeteries in phase two, three, and four. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, firms or persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement by submitting descriptive literature illustrating corporate capabilities to provide the required services. All responses received within 15 days after date of publication of this announcement will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
