Description

Ammunition Fiber Containers and Fuze Collar Protectors requirement is for a base year of 208,000 Fiber Containers and 268,000 Fuze Protectors with four option years for the M18/M83 Grenades at Pine Bluff Arsenal. This solicitation and any amendments will be issued electronically to the Army Single Face to Industry website (http://acquisition.army.mil/asfi). The approximate issue date is June 21, 2006 with the closing date 30 days after issuance. This date is approximate only, it is the vendors res ponsibility to check the site and download a copy of the solicitation. This solicitation is 100% small business set aside. A firm fixed price contract is anticipated. FOB: Destination, Pine Bluff Arsenal, Pine Bluff, Arkansas. The technical data for t hese items is labeled Distribution Statement X which means that distribution is authorized to US Government agencies and private individuals or enterprises eligible to obtain export-controlled technical data. Vendors must be cerified with the US/Canada Jo int Certification Program in order to obtain the technical data. Information is available at http://www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp.
