Description

The Food and Drug Administration has a requirement in which it intends to add to their WebSDM/CTSD (a suite of software applications developed by Lincoln Technologies, Inc.) the purchase two graphical techniques designed to aid safety review of clinical trials data by giving ?big-picture? overviews of ?what happened to the patients over time??. This requirement will require the contractor: 1) to develop and deliver an enhanced software environment to support the systematic use of 1) survival curves of time to dropout or death with confidence limits; and 2) grouped patient timelines (40%); 2) Assist the FDA Principal Investigator in the systematic conversion of Clinical Trial Data from two NDAs to the formats required for systematic analysis and the loading of the converted data into the enhanced WebSDM/CTSD software environment (40&); and 3) Enhance the WebSDM/CTSD software to simiplify the analysis of Clinical Trial data using the two graphical techniques a required to facilitate use at the FDA (20%). The requirement will be awarded on a sole source basis to Lincoln Technolgies, Inc. due to the fact that they were the developers of the initial software to be used. Therefore, no solititation will result from this announcement.
