Description

Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Northrop Grumman, for Fast File Transfer Software, Version 2.1. This acquisition is for 551 Clients software, to include one year of maintenance support, and six Servers software, to include one year of maintenance support. The NAICS for this acquisition is 511210; the small business threshold is $23 million. For delivery via e-mail to the American Forces Information Service, Defense Visual Information Directorate, Joint Combat Camera Center. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement by submitting a proposal not later than 2:00 PM Pacific Time, 9 June 2006. To be eligible for an award resulting from this solicitation, the Contractor must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database.
