Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation purchase request # FM480061030231. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions ands clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 05-09. This procurement is being issues as a 100% SMALL BUSINESS set-aside under NAICS code 423450 and small business size standard of 100,000 employees. Description: Line Item #1; 715 Humphrey Matrix/frequency doubling technology with printer and storage/ no training required, Qty: 1 each, or equal. Line Item #2: HT2/Humphrey double instrument power table, Qty: 2 each, or equal. Line Item #3: Operator Manuals, Qty: 2 each, or equal. Line Items #4: Service Manuals, Qty: 2 each, or equal. Line Item #5: One Year Warranty, Qty: 1 each. Line Item #6: Installation. Line Item #7: Training included unless noted in line item description. Place of delivery for acceptance and FOB destination will be 73 Nealy Ave building 256, Langley AFB, VA 23665, estimated delivery date ARO. The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items. Quotes will be evaluated and awarded to the offeror with the lowest price technically acceptable. The clause at 52.212-2, Evaluation Commercial Items. The provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, and the offeror must ensure a completed ORCA is available for download. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items.
