Description: The Internal Revenue Service (IRS intends to make an award on a sole source basis to Vignette Corporation, Reston, VA 20190-5853, for the maintenance of its Portal Management software. The period of performance is a base year and four option years. The maintenance will provide web based and phone support, 7X24 support for critical problems and software updates. All responsible sources who can provide the above requirement should submit clear and convincing data in writing substantiating an ability to furnish the maintenance support.
