- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head, Md. (NSWCIH) intends to award a Sole Source purchase order to TDY Industries Inc., Wah Chang Division. The procurement consist 80 lbs Hafnium metal powder ? 325 Mesh used to test underwater explosive. The applicable North American Industrial classification System (NIACS) code is 334513. The FSC code is 6810. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price contract. Negotiation being conducted using other than full and open competition procedures pursuant to authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C) (1). See Note 22.
