Description

The Southern Region Contracting Center-East, Fort McPherson, Georgia intends to solicit quotes in response to Request for Quote (RFQ) W911SE-06-T-0032 to provide furnished apartments for CBHCO-VA, Virginia Beach, VA 23451. The requirement is to suppl y 2 (two) bedroom and 1 (one) bedroom furnished apartments within a 15-mile radius of the CBHCO-VA, State Military Reservation, Building 407, D Street, Virginia Beach, VA 23451. The resulting award will be for a for 12 months with 3 one year option periods . The following standards will set the minimum allowable standards for Government contracted housing for mobilized soldiers. (1) All rentals shall be in accordance with the provision stated in the Statement of Requirements that will accompany the Request f or Quote WHEN RELEASED. The anticipated Request for Quote release date will be on or about 14 June 2006, RFQs will be due on 26 June 2006, 2:00 p.m. EST. The apartments shall meet all state, local, federal, and OSHA regulations, codes and standards. The N orth American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 531110 with a Small Business Size Standard of $6.5 million. The Government intends to solicit this acquisition as set-aside for Small Business.
