LEMON CREEK DRIVE SUITE ?A?, WALNUT CA 91789 DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: The Contractor shall provide all the labor, material, supplies, and transportation necessary to repair 54 circuit cards for RS4004/RS4002 utilized in the AN/ALM205 testers. Performance Work Statement available upon request. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 120-Days FOB: Destination , 52.247-34 THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN FAR SUBPART 12.6 AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE.
