Description

BOOTH SPACE AND ADVERTISING: The solicitation number is FA8601-06-T-0092. The proposed contract is for a performance period of 15 August 2006 ? 15 February 2007. The government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) (1) and FAR 6.302-1(b) (1) (ii). The proposed source is Indianapolis Colts, Indianapolis, Indiana. The government anticipates a sole source award to the Indianapolis Colts for the rental of booth and advertising space during the Colts? home games at the RCA Dome in Indianapolis, IN. Due to the fact that an average of 70,000 people attend every home game, this will provide the 330th Recruiting Squadron a unique recruiting opportunity that no other source located in that area can provide. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, any quotation received within ten (10) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
