Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items using simplified acquisition procedures, prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotations. The U.S. Department of Commerce, NOAA/NOS CO-OPS, has a requirement for maintenance support to include technical support, software, documentation and upgrades for 1 Exemplars run-time license for ARNS software and technical support for up to 15 ports. A purchase order with a twelve (12) month period of performance is planned beginning 7/01/2006 through 6/30/2007. This requirement is 100% set aside for a small business. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 511210. Responses must be sent electronically in MS Word format to Shirley.L.Johnson@noaa.gov and in hard copy to Shirley L. Johnson, Contract Specialist, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, 1305 East West Highway, Sta. 7618, SSMC4, Silver Spring, Maryland 20910, no later than 12:00 Noon local time, on June 20, 2006. The applicable terms and conditions for the resulting purchase order are current through FAC 2005-09 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations.
