Description

Defense Supply Center Richmond intends to acquire Miscellaneous Electrical Equipment and Components through the use of long-term contracts awarded against solicitation SP0412-05-R-1084. This solicitation is comprised of 22 NSNs with similar manufacturing processes. Items are sole source to Pulse Tech Corporation. Besides the original 22 NSNs contained on the solicitation, an additional 13 NSNs have also been identified as being sole source to Pulse Tech. These NSNs may be added to any resulting contract at a later date. It is anticipated that one award will be made against this solicitation. The resultant contract will be Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ). The contract will have a two year base period and four two-year option periods for total maximum period of performance of 10 years if all options are exercised. The NSNs in this solicitation and the "additional 13 NSNs" all fall under FSC 6130 and 6160. Once released (see issue date below) the solicitation will be found at http://www.dscr.dla.mil/externalweb/userweb/faga/index.html and on the procurement gateway. The solicitation will be issued on 2 June 2006 and close on 7 July 2006. Documents will not be available until the solicitation issue date.
