Delivery is 60 days after reeipt of asset. Requirement is sole source to L-3 Communications Corporation based on FAR 6.302-1, only one source can satisfy the requirement. Notes 22 and 26. Requirmenet will be solicited by means of a letter RFP directly to the sole source supplier and will not be posted on the web.
