Eastside Fire Rescue Station  Building 2069 at Nellis AFB, NV The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220: Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, The Small Business Size Standard is $31.5 M average annual g ross revenue for the last three (3) fiscal years. The FSC Code is Y119. The estimated cost range of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. All questions should be directed to the Contract Specialist Ms. Tina A. This is a Competitive Request For Proposal (RFP), Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) Procurement There will be a base bid plus options items. All proposals are due 18 July 2006, 2:00 P.M. PST. ALL OFFERORS/BIDDERS ARE ADVISED THAT THIS PROCUREMENT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELLED OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE SOLICITATION, EVALUATION AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS. This Solicitation will be available on or about 15 June 2006. WORK CONSISTS O F Construction of a 9,233 square foot fire rescue station at Nellis AFB with four vehicle apparatus bays, agent hose storage, protective clothing, locker room, alarm control room, station captains office, station captains bedroom with a private restroom, e ight living quarters with four shared private restrooms, exercise room, TV/training room, dining room and kitchen and 534 linear foot (approximate) airfield access road to flight-line. Scope of project all building and site support systems including HVAC , fire sprinkler and detection system, electrical/communications, pubic address, lightning protection, landscaping and minimum DoD Force protection standards. Two of the four vehicle apparatus bays will be options. THIS IS A 100% 8(A) SET-ASIDE COMPETITI VE PROCUREMENT. Firms participating in this procurement must be 8(a) certified by the U.S. Small Business Administration. Please note that there are special instructions pertaining to hand delivered bids. These instructions can be viewed in Section 00100 of the advertised solicitation.
