Description

PROPOSED EPS NOTICE FOR PORTABLE LATRINES AND HAND SINKS W911S1-06-B-0012 The contractor shall provide all material, equipment, supplies, transportation, labor and supervision necessary for the leasing and servicing of portable latrines and hand sinks for the Directorate of Public Works, Fort Dix NJ in accordance with the contra ct specifications. The resultant award shall be a Firm Fixed Price requirements type contract. The NAICS code, SIC code and size standard for this procurement are 532490, 7359, $6.5 M. Pursuant to FAR 19.502, this acquisition is set aside for competitio n restricted to small business concerns. All other firms are deemed ineligible to submit bids. Only one award shall be made. Eligible small business firms shall request a solicitation package in writing. Requests may be mailed to Army Reserve Contracti ng Center, Directorate of Contracting, 5418 South Scott Plaza, Fort Dix, New Jersey, 08640-5097; faxed to William Louie 609-562-2695 or emailed to william.louie@dix.army.mil. No telephone requests will be accepted. Requests sent via mail must contain a v erifiable return address or they will not be opened. All requests should include the solicitation number, W911S1-06-B-0012, your companys name and address, a point of contact, telephone number, facsimile number, email address if available, Taxpayer Iden tification Number, Cage Code and DUNS number business size and any applicable socio-economic business status. A bid opening date has not been established at this time but will be annotated in the final released Invitation for Bid.
