- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Western NY Healthcare System - medical center at Buffalo NY has a requirement for window washing at our Buffalo and Batavia facilities. The work includes, but is not limited to an extensive list of windows throughout the buildings that require cleaning of both the interior and exterior sides, and including screens and sills. This requirement is a set-aside for a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business. The NAICS code is 561720, Window Cleaning Services, with a small business size standard of $14.0 million. RFQ 528-43-06 is attached, including a description of work, contract clauses and SF 1449. Interested parties have until June 23, 2005 to submit a quote, along with any qualifications and a description of technical capabilities needed to provide such services.
