- This is a small business set-aside. All qualified small business firms are eligible to participate. All large business firms are ineligible to submit offers. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 238160 with a small business size standard of $13 Million. The dollar magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Evaluation factors will be set forth in sections L and M of the solicitation. Work consists of removing and disposing of all deteriorated roofing systems and replace with a new roofing system at Lawrence Livermore National Labs in Oakland, California. This will be a firm fixed price Request for Proposal (RFP). This solicitation will be posted electronically on the Industry Interactive Procurement System at http://e-center.doe.gov. Once the solicitation is posted it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. NOTE: Any prospective contractor must be registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) in order to be eligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number from Dun and Bradstreet. Registration could take up to three weeks to process. Recommend registering immediately in order to be eligible for timely award. It is anticipated that this solicitation will be issued on or about the 16th of June 2006.
