- Classification Code: 56 = Construction and Building Materials Product Code: 1442 = Construction Sand and Gravel (FAC, Revision 2005-07) The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Ukiah Field Office, Ukiah, CA requires the supply of materials and the delivery of these materials including: a. Class II Type Aggregate Roadbase b. Number One Backing, to various locations. The Contractor will furnish all labor, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, permits, and transportation necessary to provide the above product to locations as stated per the Solicitation. (2) locations are noted: 1. High Bridge Trail Head 2. Cowboy Camp. Both locations are within the Ukiah Field Office Area. The vendor is requested to deliver the product requested, at these various locations and at times as requested, per the Government. The Government will notify the contractor a one week notice prior to the need for delivery of the product requested. Delivery time period is estimated between the dates of July 17, 2006 and November 30, 2006. Quantities per this award are estimated per this RFQ. Contract work is located in Mendocino County, Lake County, Napa County, Colusa County and Yolo County. General locations are shown on the map which will be attached to the formal RFQ when submitted per EC. Sites are accessible via paved or graded dirt roads. It is recommended that end dumps be used to haul the loads because of the tight turning radius at the different locations. Weight slips will be required to verify the amount of material delivered per time. A beginning weight slip and ending weight slip will be required by a State of California certified scale and attached with any and all invoicing submitted. You must also be current with your registration with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) website at http://www.ccr.gov. The RFQ will be posted on or before June 15, 2006.
